MSTelcom participated in the first Leadership program for companies held in Luanda, between the 7th and 8th of October 2022.

Top Leaders 2022 challenged each participant to explore their potential, offering innovative methodologies for companies and leaders to share how they invested in their development, inspiring those present with their testimonies and skills to obtain more and better results.

During the days of the event, PCE, Engª Felisberta de Jesus, Member Bruno Neto, Directors of Commercial Management and Planning and Finance, and other employees who actively participated in the dynamics proposed by the organization, were present.

During the event, it was possible to interact with the other participants of the event, creating a great interaction with the other participants.

As speakers, the event was presented by the Member of the Executive Committee Bruno Neto, who shared his experience as a leader, in the same way, the event was attended by the Governor of the National Bank of Angola, Dr. José Massano, who shared his experience as a manager and leader of one of the most strategic teams in the country.
