MSTelcom provides the BackBone for data transmission via microwaves and broadband, this service is already extended to most neighborhoods of Luanda.

Satellite Network
Our network is entirely satellite-based, linking key locations throughout Angola. On November 11, 2004 MSTelcom introduced a public service based on its satellite network, whereby franchisees are able to offer direct access to telephone services at fixed locations. The first of these are located in Barra do Dande Cabiri and Muxima, all in Bengo Province, with other similar services due to open throughout the country as potential franchisees come forward. In the near future an ever-widening network will spread across the country.

To improve our services via-sattelite MSTelcom is actively involved in two partnerships, with Schlumberger and CapRock. The Schlumberger partnership offers a service of interconnection among different companies. With CapRock we have the aim of participating in offshore operations via satellite.
