In September 2005 MSTelcom bought Nexus Telecomunicaçõs e Serviços S.A. with the intent of joining synergies, improve technical quality of the services we provide and increase our response capability to the market's demands.

This way by using VSAT and networking technologies MSTelcom will improve the quality of services like internet access telephony and data communication.
